IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM MADDOGS REGISTRAR!!!!
Reminder that only players who have signed & completed NFC forms (Registration and Insurance Waiver) by 10 DAYS BEFORE GAME will be eligible to play the following week. New players must also include PHOTOCOPIES of 2 pieces of ID (one of which must be proof of citizenship).
All players are expected to provide their own equipment. If you are a new player, arrangements can be made for this. Please contact Don-Shane Taylor for details.
FEE POLICY
Membership fees for the 2008 season as follows (cash only)
First Payment: Minimum payment of $75.00 (non-refundable) for insurance and league fee is mandatory prior to attending any on-field practice or clinic.
Full Payment: FULL payment required prior to your first game appearance. PLAYERS NOT IN GOOD FINANCIAL STANDING WITH THE CLUB WILL NOT BE ISSUED A GAME
$400.00 per player (+ cost of jerseys for new players)
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except where player cuts need to be made to manage roster size. In that case, all monies paid are refunded less $75.00 deposit.

The Toronto Maddogs operates as a non-profit enterprise and the player fees collected cover only a portion of the annual operating expenses. The Maddogs rely on sponsorships and fundraising efforts of our players, coaches and their families to cover the shortfall.
