PLAYING BACKGROUND

Ø       Martingrove Collegiate 1979 - 1983– Linebacker/Fullback/Offensive Line.  City All Star all 4 years.

Ø       All Ontario Team – Linebacker 1979 - 1983

Ø       First round draft pick of the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 1988.

Ø       Attended Weber State University, Ogden Utah in 1984. - Linebacker

Ø       Continued at Acadia University until 1989. – Offensive/Defensive Line

Ø       All Canadian and AUAA All Star from 1985 to 1989. – Offensive Lineman

Ø       Signed on as a free agent with Hamilton Tigercats (CFL) in 1989 and later traded to Edmonton.  Stayed in Edmonton until 1991.

Ø       October 2005 inducted into the Acadia All Decade Team Hall of Fame – Offensive Lineman 1986

Ø       1992 – 1996:   Head Coach, Martingrove Collegiate Bears Junior Football Program.

Ø       1992 – 2002:   Guest Coach, Lex Byrd Annual Spring Football Clinic, Centennial Park, Etobicoke.

Ø       1992: O & D Line Coach, Mississauga Wolverines, Varsity (14 to 20 year olds)  (SWFC)

Ø       1994 – 2002:  Mississauga Warriors, (OVFL) Junior Varsity (14-17 year olds) – O & D Line Coach

Ø       2003 – 2005:  Etobicoke Eagles, (OVFL) Varsity (17-20 year olds) – Offensive Line (02) and Linebacker Coach (04/05)

Ø       2004 & Present:  Don Bosco Catholic Secondary School (TDCSSA) – Defensive Coordinator, Senior Team.

Ø       2004-2008:  Guest Coach – U of T, Big Man Camp
